String Student Workshop

Come Join Us!
Over 1,520 students from throughout the central Ohio area have attended the OSU Morning String Student Workshop in the last 25 years. Parents have found it a great way to increase their children's interest and ability in playing string instruments. See you there!

Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. - noon, Ohio Stadium Marching Band Facilities.
For students who are presently in grades 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Assistance is available in organizing car pools to help with student transportation.
Workshop Highlights
- Daily string instrumental playing skill development
- Motivational string playing activities
- Chamber music
- Large orchestra experience in a fun, noncompetitive atmosphere
- Imaginative and creative ear training skills for the string player
- Recreation in the OSU Football Stadium
